One-time codes
Sign-in and verification codes, generated by your systems and sent the moment they ask for one.
Relay Business turns Android phones with your own SIM cards into your company's SMS line. Send one-time codes, updates and campaigns straight from your systems, pay the domestic rate your carrier already charges you, and get your customers' replies back where your systems can act on them.
Built on Relay, the SMS app
already on Google Play.

The texts your customers actually read, from a number that is yours.
Sign-in and verification codes, generated by your systems and sent the moment they ask for one.
Order confirmations, delivery slots, appointment reminders and payment alerts, triggered by what happens in your systems.
Offers and campaigns to customers who have opted in. Replies such as STOP come back to your systems, so you can honour them.
Relay Business runs on Android phones with the SIM cards you choose, and connects them to your systems in both directions.
Install Relay Business on an Android phone with a SIM from your country and link it to your company. Add more phones to send more, or to send from more numbers.
Your systems ask Relay Business to send a text through its API. It leaves from one of your phones as an ordinary text from your SIM.
When a customer answers, the phone receives it and Relay Business passes it to your systems by webhook, so a reply can confirm, cancel or start a conversation.
SMS gateways charge per message, and more again on international routes. Your SIM sends at the domestic rate your carrier charges you, and many plans include texts in bulk.
Texts come from your own local number, so customers recognise it and can simply reply to it.
Answers arrive on the same SIM and reach your systems: confirmations, questions and opt-outs, not texts lost in a phone nobody reads.
We are building Relay Business now. Tell us about your company and the texts you send, and we will write when early access opens.
Your details are used to answer you and to tell you when early access opens, and for nothing else. No mailing list, no tracking. Details are in the privacy policy.
Your request is in our inbox, and a confirmation is on its way to the address you gave. We will write to that address when early access opens. If it is not right, simply send the form again with the correct one.
